Whether your goal is to qualify for Boston or simply to get in shape, Bruce will make it happen. Bruce is proud to provide his personalized and tailored training programs designed to get you across the finish line whether it’s your first race or shooting for a personal best.
Personal Training
Working with you Bruce will prepare a weekly or monthly schedule to meet your individual needs with your goals in mind. He will help you maximize your results, according to your individual and specific fitness goals.
Corporate Running / Coaching
Whether your company is looking to complete a corporate challenge or simply trying to increase its employees fitness levels. Bruce has coached some of Toronto’s most prominent firms to new fitness heights.
Running Groups
Are you tired of impersonal, cookie-cutter programs that are led by instructors with minimal to no coaching experience? Bruce’s running group workouts are tailored to meet the needs of athletes and runners of all ability levels. These sessions include such workouts as tempo runs, hill repeats and intervals.
Workshops
In 2015 we will be featuring workshops. A collaborative effort with Marcia Sirota MD. Marcia Sirota is a psychiatrist practicing in Toronto, Canada. Her specialties are the treatment of childhood trauma, overcoming addiction, unblocking creativity and empowering women.

I’m a runner — the kind that runs outdoors, in rain or shine. Or snow. Or even deep freeze. The neighbours look at me in awe, with a dose of sympathy. They regard me as one would a daredevil, a guy who jumps on a motorbike over 10 cars set ablaze: It’s entertaining to watch, but you’d never try it yourself.
